The One-Stop Shop brings several company incorporation services together in one place, cutting the number of institutions you must visit.
At the BAU you can handle acts such as name reservation, commercial registration, tax enrolment and referral for licensing, depending on the province and type of activity.
Despite the simplification, the process still requires correct and consistent documents: shareholder identification, NUIT, proof of registered office address and a clearly defined business purpose.
