INSS Registration and Employee Enrolment

Every company with employees must register with the National Social Security Institute and declare salaries monthly.

INSS Registration and Employee Enrolment

Employer registration requires corporate documents, the corporate NUIT and identification of the legal representative; each employee is then enrolled individually.

Contributions are split between employer and employee and must be paid within the monthly deadline, otherwise interest and fines apply.

We handle initial registration, employee enrolment and notification of hires and terminations, aligned with employment contracts.
